Extra space was required in one of their workshops in Gnangara for the purpose of storage and pairing as a “Man Cave”. The owner wanted the floor to look a certain way as he wanted to spend time there unwinding while he would tinker with their equipment. The main beam and structure was powder coated black and the hand rail red. Recessed lighting was installed into the purlins and the customer was very pleased with the outcome.
