With an expanding business this glass specialist moved to a new building in Gnangara in 2023. Fitzrite designed a mezzanine to fit into ta certain portion of their new building and also assisted the customer in getting the floor approved by council. The intention of the mezzanine floor was to have shelving installed and the shelving could potentially have heavier loads, so Ply board was used instead of the typical 22mm chipboard to ensure that the footplates would not break the floor board.
